Summer Beauty: Enjoy who you are!

was a great day on Saturday. In honor of the arrival of spring, I pulled on my favorite shirt and skirt very cute, appeared in my pants, open-toe and went into town for some errands. Then I took a look in a shop window and was horrified that it was this woman? That left pasty white legs showing? With sloppy fingers exposed? Look at that tone uneven skin and flabby arms. Within seconds I was hoping that just might disappear into the sidewalk and never seen again.

What happens to the first forays into the sun without the cloak of winter clothing is so difficult to manage? There can be no surprise that after months of hiding from the cold, we're not exactly looking my best. We were not exactly on top of our skin care routine during the winter. It might have made a few too many delicious hot chocolate is to help keep warm. However, the arrival of summer and the bearing of the skin are the most frightening events for many women each year.

After I throw together that beautiful Saturday morning, I went home and turned to ensure that my next adventure into the Leather is nice. Here's the advice I went to see and hear my best.

Now that your body is smooth, soft, try adding a subtle touch of bronze to help liven things. Everyone looks and feels better with a little 'color. Download the old way of holiday hot, try a period of two persons in a tanning parlor, or help keep the skin soft, moisturizing color. However, keep in mind that spend much time in the sun or tanning beds without proper protection can be harmful to the skin in the long term. Then choose the option that they feel more at ease with.

3. Then move your body.
