Summer beauty: Overcoming body image issues – Part 15

Realistically, not all bodies are equal. Some are bigger than others or have less in certain areas that we'd like, or worse, in some areas there like.

There are a lot to live up to the ladies. We all want to look our best. Did you know that there is no such thing as a perfect body? God created us in his image and perfection is in the eye of the beholder. Consequently, some are tall, some are short and so on.

So look in the mirror and find his best attribute. It could be your hair, eyes, teeth, or it could be his height or weight. Whatever, lets focus on that and forget the image of another entity issues.

None of us will have a perfect body ever. Is simply not possible. Ask any woman who has survived anorexia. When you look in the mirror of these rail thin young women fail to see that £ 90 orphans to look at, to see a very big, maybe bigger than 500 pounds to watch them. An image defined struggle.

beauty is inside. Eat healthy, drink lots of water. Represent the confidence and balance. Learn and use good manners. Wear clothing that is clean, pressed if necessary and recommended, of course, flattering to your body type and matching.

I met women who were dressed very large and had customs very clean and well pressed and photographed 's image larger body. Came from within. They were not pretending. Yes, they knew they were overweight. They knew they had health problems. However, focus on positive things. If it was pretty eyes or hair or a beautiful face, no longer wallow in self-pity. He got up, dressed and took care of themselves and their issues.
