Aerobic exercises to lose weight.
Lets face it – most people are just plain lazy. The reason why we have so many people who are overweight is that people do not push themselves to eat healthy and exercise. Do I really have to do aerobic exercises to lose weight?
If you have done some research online or read some weight loss magazines and such, then you have heard some “experts” say that aerobic exercise does not help you lose weight. The golden rule of weight loss is that you have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. You need to calorie deficit.
But if you keep consuming more food than you are burning then you can do aerobic exercises every single day for 2-3 hours every single day and still not lose any weight. That is why some “experts” say aerobic exercise does not help you lose weight and of course they have some magic pill or supplement that is going to melt away fat in 2 days.
The key is to create a deficit of calories. If you create a deficit of a calories then your body has to get more energy from the fat around your belly, this means you burn calories. And it is much better to burn more calories with exercise, then creating a deficit by eating less food. So yes, aerobic exercise in important if you want to lose fat.
